How does a day at JP Boxing Gym look like?
At the JP Boxing Gym in Phitsaulok, you can expect a comprehensive training and schedule designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. The program includes training twice a day, along with optional yoga and wellness sessions to enhance your overall well-being, depending on your package.
We usually start the day with running, or meditation, depending on the weekday. After that, we stretch to prevent injuries that can happen easily during training, and start the warm-up. We usually add cross fit elements to really get the blood flowing, and to build the core strength that is needed for Muay Thai.

What do I need to train at the JP Boxing Gym?
We do get a lot of questions about what to bring with you when you come to train with us at our JP Boxing Gym.
You will need the following essentials:
- Boxing Gloves: If you have your own boxing gloves, you can of course bring them, but we do have plenty of them here at the gym you can use for training for free.
- Hand Wraps: Hand wraps provide support to your wrists and knuckles, reducing the risk of injuries. In case you dont have your own hand wraps, we do have hand wraps in our shop in different colours for you to purchase. They even come with our very own brand name.
- Boxing Shoes: not needed. Muay Thai is a sport that we practise barefoot at the JP Boxing Gym.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial during intense training, so water is essential. You can bring your own bottle to refill it here at the gym, otherwise we do have a fridge full of water bottles.
- Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably
- Positive Attitude: Lastly, bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve in every session. Motivation and determination is essential to become the best version of yourself
